InnHotel
A multi-branch hotel management system from a college team — an ASP.NET Core API in Clean Architecture with an Electron desktop client.
I laid the architecture and database schema, built JWT auth with refresh-token rotation and the core domain CRUD, reviewed teammates’ pull requests, and landed guest management in the desktop client.
The API handles reservations, room availability, customer management, payments and branch-specific data isolation; the desktop client, built with React and Tailwind CSS, gives administrators and hotel staff a native-like experience.
What I built
Backend (API)
- Designed the database schema and initialized the backend project using Clean Architecture principles.
- Defined domain models and configured PostgreSQL persistence using Entity Framework.
- Implemented authentication and authorization using JWT access and refresh tokens.
- Developed CRUD operations for core domain entities such as Guests and Employees.
- Applied global API routing conventions and improved API structure and documentation.
- Reviewed and merged teammates’ code through peer code reviews to keep the architecture consistent.
Desktop client
- Built the guest form and guest detail view.
- Integrated guest management features (create, view, update, delete) with the backend API.
