An on-premise registry for incoming and outgoing correspondence in a government office, deployed across an air-gapped local network with an isolated database per office.

The outgoing register, in Arabic: each letter with its recipient, date, status, classification and how many times it was printed.
The outgoing register: status, classification and print count for every letter. Shown with made-up letters; the real system runs on a closed network.
The audit log, in Arabic, with a banner confirming the chain of hashes is intact across 39 entries and no documents are missing.
The audit log checks its own chain of hashes: intact across 39 entries, nothing missing. An edited row would break it at that point.

I architected the application as a single-origin deployment behind Nginx: a domain-driven Laravel backend serving an RTL React 19 SPA built with Mantine and TanStack Query, with frontend types compiled directly from OpenAPI contracts to eliminate API drift.

Built for high-reliability offline environments, with hash-chained audit logs to detect database tampering, automated encrypted backups, and search over normalized Arabic text.
